Unit Election/Visit Request Portal Walkthrough
After receiving the Election Scheduling Request (and the Election Scheduling Reminder) email(s) (These emails are sent from no-reply-382@lodgemaster.oa-scouting.org - check your spam and junk folders) you will find a Special Link attached click that special link and it will bring up a custom page for your unit that looks like this:
NOTE: The Special Link is Only Good For 14 Days if you Need an "Updated Link" you can wait for the next Election Scheduling Reminder or Email us at unitelections@ahcoa165.org and a member of the team will get it resent.
Once on the page shown above click the Request An Election / Unit Visit Button and it will take you to the Page Shown below
Please Fill in All Required Fields and Click the Submit Request Button.
Note: If requesting just an OA visit uncheck the unit election box.
Once Submitted the box like the one shown below will pop up:
Once we receive your request we will check with our elections teams and set a date. Please be on the lookout for emails from the Lodge.
If your Unit already submitted a request you will see this screen (See Below)
