How To Update My Contact Information
Via The Member Portal
For assistance with Setting up and accessing your Member Portal for the first time, Please Click Here
Step 1:
Head to https://members.oa-bsa.org and Log in with your Arrow ID

Step 1.5:
Some Members may be directed to the Application Screen upon login if they have more than one Application
Example - They have Access to LodgeMaster and a Member Portal
Click on The Member Portal Account you wish to Access

Step 2:
Once Logged you will be greeted with a Welcome Screen
Note - Welcome Screen will look a little different for Ordeal Members
Click on Update your Profile

Step 3:
Depending on Screen size you may need to scroll down to the Lodge Member Information Area:
Note the Following Fields can not be edited by the member:
Chapter, Unit, Dues Paid Through, Membership Level, Ordeal Date, Brotherhood Date, Vigil Induction Date, Vigil Name (Indian), and Vigil Name (English)
If any lodge information is incorrect, please use the contact the lodge link below it and a member of the team will look into it for you.
Email Address, Phone Numbers, and Mailing Addresses can be edited by the member you can also set Primary for each and also Unsubscribe if you wish.
